Lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning - sutures vs no sutures

Deciding between two plastic surgeons in Taiwan for lower bleph + fat repositioning for my eyebags. The older surgeon uses sutures and I need to go back in a few days to remove the sutures. The younger surgeon says no sutures required. Not sure which method is safer and/or better?

What questions should I ask during my consult?

I am 30F, had dark circles since I was a teen but never had actual eye bags until recently and am having trouble covering up the bags with makeup. Honestly a little scared to undergo surgery but am really bothered with my eyebags on a daily basis.
