Do I pay for this mock cycle w/Receptiva

Advice Needed!

Hi, I’m pretty sure we’ve decided to go ahead and pay for it. But if I’m being crazy please tell me.

Our insurance declined coverage for the mock cycle we’ve already started so we have to pay out of pocket. Otherwise we’re very lucky and have coverage for virtually everything else. It was declined b/c of no history of RPL loss/failed transfers.

I asked my doc to do receptiva b/c I’ve quite literally never been pregnant, had a fertilysis result suggest uterine dysbiosis which I haven’t been able to treat, and I have longstanding autoimmunity so silent endo is a high possibility. That said, my doc said she might not do anything about the results if they aren’t wildly significant outside of antibiotics for endometritis.

We have quite a few euploid embryos and I’m 33F.

Am I being silly over a test that won’t even matter? Does anyone have experience with doing a fertilysis test that showed dysbiosis and later finding endometritis?

I’m leaning toward doing it at this point but the system telling me no is making me feel like I’m crazy.

Thanks for any advice ❤️
