Confused about PSA “Asian English” label on Yu-Gi-Oh slabs

I’m new to collecting Yu-Gi-Oh and I’m confused about PSA labels.

What’s the difference between a PSA slab that says “Asian English” and one that just says “English” when the card text is clearly in English on both?

Are these different print runs/regions, or does it affect value at all? Which one should I go for. Thank you!
