I wrote a pretty harsh post about the app not working on Turkey day.

I know you’re out there, seeing your customers drag you for not working on Thanksgiving. I still don’t like what happened, but I appreciate you coming around and offering a free bag of pellets. I know they don’t cost you very much but it’s still better than nothing.

Please fix your issues so we don’t have to do this again. Also, don’t underestimate accountability. It really does go a long way.
