I’M STAGNARING IN SILVER 2! HELP

I'm trying to understand why at low Elo it's so complicated to rank up, I manage to get by soloq, but the game sense seems absent from my mates, should I wait until I reach platinum/diamond ranks so that the games can be played as a team? Give your advice, it's been 1 week since I blocked silver 2, it's my first rank after the ranking games (I come from CS)
