Academic misconduct

I have been emailed today by the faculty of academic misconduct for AGRI2400, in their email they mentioned im doing things differently than im being taught in class, and they flagged 4 of my assignments and im veryy scared. This has never happened before, although we all use chatgtp for all the right things. Please help and suggest me what to do or else i will get all zeros in my assignments.
