Trying to create a cocktail for my girlfriend

Question

I love to mix cocktails as a hobby and have done so for a few years for family and friends at various events and recently started making custom drinks as presents for a few people and my girlfriend asked me to make one for her as well so of course I want to get this right.

I've been playing around with a few things I know she loves (Whisky, Amaretto, port, Ginger, Raspberries, drinks with foam/eggwhites in general, figs, cinnamon, honey, vanilla etc.) and I've come up with one or two ideas but I feel like they miss something or maybe the ingredients just dont work together the way I imagined them to, so I was hoping to hear some feedback/advice on what I could change to make it work.

the first option was built around the idea of implementing port wine into the drink: Port, Amaretto, Vanillasirup, fresh ginger, lemon juice and eggwhites. I tried to make this one already and I feel like the ingredients don't clash or anything but it tastes surprisingly flat and tame and i'm not sure why/ir something might cancel out something else entirely or?

the other option was based on the fact that she loves a good amaretto sour but she also loves gingerbeer and generally that bite of ginger so I thought: Whisky, Amaretto, lemon juice, sugar or vanilla sirup and eggwhites shaken and then topped off with some ginger ale

generally I thought i'd like to implement vanilla because i'd love to garnish with a dried vanilla bean as I just learned you can easily make those in an oven and I think it'd look lovely

Maybe I'm completely off with those ideas but perhaps someone has another good idea for the general ingredients I was trying to brainstorm with? would love to hear some thoughts :)
