am I going to get fired?

I’m a seasonal working and was put at customer service, I worked in there for about 2 weeks and was then put at amazon returns. This is my forth week and I haven’t been getting a lot of Bi’s or rewards from people returning stuff at all. I ask politely and offer to sign them up, but they just want to leave, which I completely understand. I don’t want to be aggressive especially because they aren’t even here to shop. Both my manager and boss have been bothering me a lot about it and I am trying but no one wants to sign up. There’s been days when I get 0 and I can tell my boss is annoyed and tells me “no excuses you need to get some”. It makes me feel even worse because I am trying.

Yesterday, my coworker asked if I put in my 2 weeks because she couldn’t find my name on the schedule at all, when I went to check, I also did not see my name on the schedule for next week. Am I going to be fired? They already threatened to give me less hours, but I didn’t expect it to happen so soon. My bi conversion is okay (I think it’s more than 50%) but my rewards is a little low.
