Does height matter for def and rebounding?

I haven't gotten into my player yet this is year. I have been following loosely but it seems like offense this year is all 3pts and contact dunks. I know 7'4 shooters were dominating

Usually I build a pf defender rebounder. What is the right height for blocks and rebs and def 1 through 5 ideally
