Which sounds like the issue ISP or corporate computer

Im trying to determine if my issue is my ISP or my corporate device.

My internet speed test is slow 70.7 mbps download and 460kbps upload 19.8ms latency 107 ms jitter and 6.60% packet loss. If i retest immediately its 28.2mbps download 240 kbps upload 17.3ms latency 326ms jitter and 5.40% packet loss.

My computer is hardwired and if i unplug the ethernet cord and plug it into an xbox i get 460 mbps download speed 33mbps upload 31 ms latency 1 ms jitter and 0% packet loss.

If I plug the ethernet cord ir a laptop I get 98 mbps download 30mbps upload 23 latency 2ms jitter and 0% packet loss.

My ISP says my internet is running fine. My eero app shows 1.18 gbps download 59mbps upload in wired internet. My company says its my internet and i could lose my job. Ive had the same internet the whole year ive worked for them but my company IT cant even stay connected to remote access. I need help
