Confused if I have CHS or Cannabinoid Overload

I’m almost 18 and have have been lightly smoking carts since I was 15 but only started using every day when I was 16. I always owned a cart and never really got dispensary ones. I would smoke almost all day every day with all my friends and continued this for about 1.75 years with maybe 15 days off that whole time. I never had any issues and found that these carts helped a lot with getting good sleep and some anxiety I had. I loved the feeling off these carts but I found that never being sober was kind of annoying. Starting in October I began to become really gassy and didn’t feel comfortable sitting in places for a long period of time. Come early November I began to get stomach pain in my lower abdomen combined with occasional slight morning nausea that lasted around 30 seconds. Another feeling that was quite annoying was that my stomach wouldn’t grumble and release some of the tightness even when it felt like it should, this was driving me crazy. This began to get slightly worse over time but I never had any vomiting episodes. The feeling of my stomach not wanting to give me the grumble pain release was really annoying. My appetite all of a sudden got really bad for a week but even with continuing heavy cart usage I got it back a week later. I went to 2 different doctors who took bloodwork and said everything looked normal but with my parents there I didn’t want to admit my heavy usage and only admitted to “occasional use”.

I decided I am going to take a few weeks off as the research I’ve done says that too much THC overtime and that my cannabinoid receptors were overloaded basically “poisoning my body” as well as the lining of my stomach and that my symptoms weren’t aligned with CHS. I was tired of dealing with slight nausea and discomfort in my stomach through out the day so come today I am 2 days off and already feel a ton better with still some lingering stomach discomfort but very manageable when I was distracted. Has anyone else had non CHS related stomach issues from Weed usage?
