How bad of an idea is this purchase?

Pending a good report from a PPI I am thinking about buying a 2014 Boxster S @ 91K miles. Two owners both in California, first owner kept it 10+ years second owner about 10 months. One of the owners had GTS taillights installed on it. Service history is immaculate. Tires, oil and filter changed recently at 85.4K miles. Break pads replaced at 80K miles. Other fluids replaced from like 60 - 80K / ignition coils at 63K. Frequency of some items like tire and break changes makes me think it was tracked a bit... as there was one instance of < 1K miles between 4 tire replacement & rotation + break replacement. Service all via Porsche. Never missed a scheduled maintenance. Aftermarket carplay was installed. Car is starting to have the door trim issue common on a 981.

OTD: $33K

I have been looking around for a few months and getting PDK+PTV+Chrono+PLDS+PASM+Exhaust is rare to see. Pending a good result on the PPI am I shooting myself in the foot with this mileage and the door trim issue or is this a fairly good pickup. Side note: I work from home so don't drive much. Will let son use it to drive to school some.. good kid.. he deserves it. (hence further reasoning for a potentially higher mileage less expensive 981).
