What’s going on with all these 2.6 Hog Rider players again?

I’m sitting at around 10k trophies, and for the first time in a f-word long time I’m suddenly running into 2.6 Hog players every single match, I haven’t seen that deck this often in ages.

Almost every opponent is running the same thing, they hit me with “good luck” at the start and finish with that sweat wiping King emote. How do you even get that emote? And don’t tell me it’s from ranked, because I’ve seen YouTubers at like 5k trophies using it.

Are these bots or actual players? And honestly the game is barely playable for F2P right now. A level 16 Hog rider literally survives a Rocket. And before anyone says I can’t afford the Pass, I can. I just refuse to spend money on a game that basically forces you to pay for real gameplay advantages.
