How do you deal with self-doubt and when others doubt you?

Life

I wont go through every detail but I often get put down by people because I failed at building things multiple times over. The reason I feel is because of the following:

- I doubt myself, and that causes me to undercut myself, then take on projects and jobs that underpay me.

- I have self-esteem issues that make me feel like if I don't people please, I will lose people around me.

- I feel like I undervalue myself in pretty much everything from dating to friendships to business and it's starting to get to a point where I feel like I won't be successful because I do this.

My question is, for people that might have these kind of thoughts, how do you deal with them, especially if you might have gone through similar through love, life and business? Like how do you stop doubting yourself even when others think you might be delusional or crazy to think 'you can make it'.

And just to give you the basics: I'm starting to work for myself again in Jan as a freelancer, with more connections than I had before, a sales mentor and my first 2 clients already signed ready to grow into an agency (as and when income becomes available)

I've also been getting myself into the content creation game, and have amassed a good following on TT through just being myself, and it's given me a little confidence to say 'yeah fuck you if you think I cant make this work, because I can' but certain people's opinions always put those doubts back in my head and it really messes up my whole aura trying to figure out if I'm gonna make it or not...I just want to believe in myself more I guess?
