Expansion frustrations

Uncertain how I should have titled this topic. So it seems that you can play Catan with expansions SF and CK, sometimes together and other times it’s one or the other. What I find strange and frustrating is that T&B and P&E are never seen anywhere online. Is there that much dislike to add them? They are two expansions I have yet to play but can’t find anywhere.
