Adding a Universal Orlando stay before our Star of the Seas cruise

We have an upcoming cruise on Star of the Seas and just decided to add Universal Orlando before the sailing. Our last hotel will be Helios.

Has anyone here gone directly from Universal to the port using an official transfer service? I know Uber is an option, but I prefer something prearranged where the pickup is guaranteed and there is less risk of someone running late. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
