Trying to raise $300 to return home after job scam

My partner and I are coming to the realization that we have been labor trafficked (or attempted trafficked? Definitely scammed. Still figuring this out) to Seattle,WA from Texas. A business colleague of my partner’s brother hired us for a job that was supposed to last 6 months starting after Thanksgiving. We spent a week and most of our money driving 2,400 miles to Seattle. Our “boss” stayed on top of us about getting here on Thanksgiving so we could start the job the following day, but once we got here he started pushing off the start date for one reason or another. “Waiting to pick up a lift machine,” “need to secure a permit,” etc. He was supposed to reimburse us for our travel expenses when we arrived but he has only paid half (which we have now realized was covered by my partner’s brother’s business account through an IOU or something) and we have already spent pretty much all of it on housing and food the past week. He was also supposed to cover our housing and food costs for the duration of the job, but he’s put us off the past week about paying for lodging saying he’ll reimburse us for what we’ve spent once the job started. But the real kicker happened two nights ago when we told him that we can’t afford to keep paying out of pocket for housing and he needs to put us up in a place as well as be more forward about when this job is supposed to start. He sent us a credit card number and told us to get an Airbnb for the next ten days. We tried several times to secure a place within the budget he gave but the card declined every time. We tried contacting the “boss” again after that and he never responded. It’s been a little over 48 hours and he has not responded at all. Yesterday morning, we went by the address he had given us for the job but the store front was completely empty and no one in the stores nearby nor mall management had any idea what we were talking about when we described the job we were conscripted to do. At this point, we just need to get back to Texas. We’re currently staying in our car with no money to stay here and no money to get back. Any help you guys could send our way would be immensely appreciated.
