Sweetener Jar Disposal

Hello!

I'm fairly new here and seeking some advice. I was in a pretty bad place recently, struggling a lot with low self esteem and feeling very alone. I did a sweetener jar for myself after some research, I put a rose quartz and rose pedals in a jar of honey with sugar, cinnamon, lavender and more. I submerged a paper with my name in it and sealed it for a month. It ended up being a pretty healing a lovely month and I'm very happy with the effects of this spell. In my research I did learn that a jar can trap energy so my plan was to empty the jar after about a month so now I'm just trying to figure out the best way to dispose of the contents. I figured I will keep the rose quartz, but as for the honey and everything else I don't just want to throw it in the trash cause that seems like it might cancel out all of the good the spell did? What would be the best way forward here.
