Full Moon Road Rage on I-64 : LOVINGU & AKL BITR

I am not sure what is going on but I just witnessed what had to be the worst case of road rage I've ever seen in 30+ years of driving.

On I-64, A Fiat 500 with custom color palate (#20 on the side) with the plate AKL BITR was whipping in and out of traffic with speeds over 90 mph. I understand it is pretty infuriating with all the left lane people going 65, but what this person was doing was dangerous.

Enter LOVINGU. An SUV with the plate LOVINGU then decided to flash high beams over and over, honking non-stop down I-64, all getting off at Black Cat. There was about to be a confrontation between the two, when AKL BITR turned left heading to Keswick, almost hitting two cars coming in either direction on Black Cat. LOVINGU turned right and I followed this car all the way to the turn to Lake Monticello, where it spent the whole time honking and high beaming the car in front of it, then it ran the stop sign at South Boston heading to the lake.

What the hell is wrong with the people driving at Lake Monticello? Did Aqua put PCP in the water?

Either way, in the off event one of these two brain dead idiots read this, I hope you have the day you deserve. I ensured you will be on file with the police for when you get pulled over the next time.
