Time off work

Hi, I had my pre op today for my anal fistula surgery, I haven’t got a date just said they will give me a call. How long did people have off work after their surgery. Unsure whether it’s fistulomony or seton yet. But rough ideas please? I’m a home carer so job is hands on including lifting, hoisting, washing, dressing, bending, pulling. I thought around 3-4 weeks? Thankyou
