Help with build

So I have this 8-man team (Cra / Cra / Feca / Enu / Eni / Forgelance / Foggernaut / Sadida) and I’m at lvl 199 with my team. I do have some doubts about builds though. Right now my 2xCra, Feca, Forge, Fogger are mult-crit, Enu is water/mp removal, eni is Int and Sadida is int/mp removal. Some times I break my team on 2 4-man teams, (Cra / Enu / Feca / Eni) and (Cra / Forge / Fogger / Sad). I was planning on building my Feca mult non crit (for gliph gameplay), but I couldn’t find a decent tank set for him and I have no idea what builds I should use on the other classes as well (Cra will continue multi/Crit and Enu for sure will continue Water/ret mp). I was planning on building Sad on mp removal as well, but i haven’t found a decent set for it
