Looking for a game to play with an old friend

We have both been out of gaming for years on end(I still play COD every once in a while) we reconnected and want to play something together. I have Xbox Series X and PC, she has a new PS5. So cross platform is a must. I’ve always been a FPS type and she’s always been an RPG type. Where can we meet in the middle and enjoy not super competitive gaming? Also a plus if I can play said game individually, as I have much more free time than she does. TYIA!
