"He explained to me about the issues surrounding our match after our encounter against Pain. Starladder sent us back to the hotel, informing us that our players would play at 9 PM, so there was no point for us to stay on site. Once we arrived at the hotel, we were finally told about a match at 6:40 PM with a shuttle scheduled for 6 PM. Then, a few minutes later, we were told we had to leave immediately at 5:45 PM.

We immediately rushed to leave, but there was only one shuttle available, which Pain took. Starladder booked us taxis that were then cancelled multiple times while we were waiting in front of the hotel.

At no point were we late; we were simply caught out by the organization. All of this meant that we had no possibility of preparing for the match against Vitality under frankly unusual conditions for a Major. Thank you again for the support."
