Overly worried about liking problematic media

I'm trying to get over it since it's been an obsession for years now but it keeps coming back. I keep worrying that my friends and family will judge me if I like anything deemed problematic, or that strangers will come after me for it (which is a ridiculous fear tbh). I know it's not true but it bugs me everyday and it causes an unreasonable amount of paranoia in me.
