Trying to install a pirate ship wheel into my car.

Mechanical advice

Basically what the title says. My car is a 2010 Nissan Marando and I wish to install a pirate ship wheel into it.

The major questions is where to buy a pirate ship wheel? How do install it? Is this illegal in the state of Colorado?
