PC screen freezing on graphic intense scenes

This started a couple weeks ago and I can’t think of any changes that would cause it. Whenever something graphically intense happens in game, my screen freezes with audio continuing. The fan lights revert from the green color I’ve set them to back to the default red. It stays this way until I hold the power and reset. I’ve tried cleaning fans, adjusting fan speeds, adjusting adrenaline overclocks but nothing works.

Sometimes it just stops doing it and I’m able to use it for a bit.

I have 7900xt and AMD ryzen 9 5900x with 64gb ram on windows 11. I bought this custom PC 6 months ago and it’s worked great up until now.
