Underpaid but still feeling guilty on resigning

I've been working on this company for over a year na as a junior full stack web dev. My salary is 16k and lately it's been stressful for me to the point that it has affected my personal life (Kahit yung weekends ko sometimes nag rereach out pa rin to do tasks without pay). I took this job up because it was a wfh setup and we have been transitioning to a hybrid setup where most of the time it is just me at the office and my internet is sarili ko pang gastos for data. Gusto ko na talaga mag resign and I am actively exploring other opportunities but I feel some guilt because I'm close with my workmates and my boss. I also have multiple projects under me na ako yung naglelead mag develop. I admit na I'm not the best developer but I still think na I deserve better compensation and I dont think na even if madagdagan pa yung sweldo ko if I'm still staying. I really need advise kung paano i approach yung pag resign ko.
