Buffout Crash? I don't even know

Marked NSFW for ESP names in the Log

Basically, the game runs fine, no lag, no random CTD etc. But recently its started having an issue where the screen flashes and I get the Buffout 4 Crash Warning. However, the game still runs fine? The issue is that after this happens, Saving or Entering a Load Door causes the game to freeze completely, pending a restart. It wasn't an issue at first (I could just reload and carry on as it was rare) but now I am trying to do the Battle of Bunker Hill, and it happens every single time at different points. Once when I spoke to the Synth, another time when I tried to enter the side gate, at one point all it took was me looking at the BOS patrol that turns up and I crashed. I cannot for the life of me discern the cause via the Buffout Log, praying someone here knows what they are looking for.
