Is "first-hour engagement" still the key to going viral on LinkedIn, or is the algorithm changing?
I keep seeing creators talk about how the first hour after posting is make-or-break for LinkedIn reach. Some are even using structured engagement groups, pods, and LinkedIn boost likes tools to generate that early spike.
Is this still a thing that works? Or has LinkedIn adjusted its algorithm enough that genuine long-tail engagement matters more? I'm curious how people are approaching this now, especially those who use pods but want to stay within safe limits.
