Games are running SUPER choppy

Its not really that big of an issue, since i'm getting a 5070 next weekend, but for now i'm using the old NVIDA 1660 super from my last computer. I'm trying to update the gpu and see if that helps, but any other suggestions would be great. Running AMD Ryzen 9 9900, 32 gb ram, linux mint 22.2 "zara" and a gigabyte b850 motherboard.
