Which procedure should I do first?

So I have a tooth abcess and also stomach problems. I scheduled an appointment for a referral to a gastroenterologist. I know that a tooth infection can spread and i was out of the dentist for while due to my old dentist taking months to transfer my information to my new dentist. I am also just traumatized from going to them, they were the worst. I've heard that having a tooth infection can cause gastric problems but im not sure which appointment to schedule first. What should I do? I am asking because I know that it will most likely be given antibiotics at the dentist and i may receive treatment if i have h pylori which is a combination of antibiotics.
