Lead Generation

Hey guys, so I'm starting a lead generation company for mortgage refinancing. I have 6+ years of experience sending leads and definitely know the difference between a good lead and a bad lead. Im just trying to make sure I have all my ducks in a row and was wondering if anyone knows what compliance stuff I need to have in order for when its time for me to reach out to a lender and offer them leads for sale.
