Selling my Car : MVA help needed.

I bought my WagonR Avaance 2015 , its run less than 15,000 kms. AC working perfect. No Accident only a lower side cracked and few scracthes and bumps (nthg too observable,). Its a CNG + Petrol. 2 new MRF ZVTS Tyres. All clear no challans. etc.

Local Dealer offered 275,000.

Now I am planning to sell to Local Dealer for 275,00. He is transferring the money by tomorrow.

He said he will give Delivery Note , taking all liability after handover. I read about Form 29 and 30 , he said he will give that when he gets a buyer in approx 30 to 60 days. If anyone has sold can you please guide. Can someone help regarding MVA acts and its process.
