Pag Ibig Foreclosed Property Notice of Award

Nag-bid ako sa Pag-ibig acquired assets this week lang for a condominium thru 2nd public auction. Kung sakaling manalo, kailangan ba magbayad ng bid bond and reservation para ma-claim yung Notice of Award or pwede ba muna makuha yung notice of award bago magbayad ng bid bond and reservation fee?

Planning to use the Notice of Award to ask the admin of the condo I’m bidding for if may assoc dues na hindi nabayaran. Pwede kaya I-ask to sa admin ng condo kahit walang notice of award?
