Am I cooked for apps

I applied to Brown ED and they just requested my senior year grades. Beforehand I had a 4.1 taking 8 IB Courses, a 32 ACT(perfect on reading and English), 97-100 rated essays by essay advisors and a million clubs and awards(professional music, Yale internships, club presidents, varsity athletics, etc..) . The problem is, I fucked up a bit during senior year after switching schools for athletics. Also a double legacy(dad and brother. I received an A, B+, B, B-, C, C-. I’m working on getting them up by the end of the day and considering submitting a context letter about a death in the family, but am I cooked?
