Cancelling application and reapplying?

A Levels / IB / GCSE / BTEC Questions

Hi, would it be possible for me to refund my UCAS application and reapply? I wish to reapply in the same academic year (this month). I am within 14 days of the day I submitted the application. It has been 10 days since I submitted my application.

UCAS's bot on insta said:

**Once submitted, we will withdraw that for you within 7-10 working days.

By withdrawing the application within 14 days, you will also be able to re-register and submit a new application for this year, if needed.**

I just want to be sure that this means:

"By submitting the cancellation form within 14 days"

And not "by submitting the cancellation form and it being processed within 14 days of your application" - as if that was the case, I'd only be able to cancel in the first 4-7 days.

Has anyone gone through this before and will it be okay? I just want to be extra sure I'm sorry
