Feeling Grateful for the Tiny Wins I Used to Ignore

Gratitude Practice

I was walking home after a long, honestly pretty exhausting week, and out of nowhere I noticed how light the air felt. The sky looked soft, a stranger held the door for me, my coffee tasted exactly right, and my friend texted me at the perfect moment just to check in. None of these things are huge on their own, but for the first time in a while, I actually paused and let myself appreciate them.

I’m realizing that gratitude isn’t always about major milestones. Sometimes it’s just being aware of the little pieces of life that quietly support you. The small comforts. The tiny kindnesses. The moments you didn’t plan but needed.

I’m grateful that I’m still here, still trying, still learning how to notice the good stuff, even on days that feel heavy.

If you’re reading this, I hope you find one small thing today that makes you breathe a little easier.
