SOLVED

So i used this command icacls C:\\Windows\\ServiceProfiles\\LocalService\\AppData\\Local\\Microsoft\\Ngc /T /Q /C /RESET in cmd cuz my account wasn't working in Microsoft store. Then i tried to log in Microsoft store with the Red account and input my local PIN of my Blue account and it worked. Then it auto logged me on xbox app. Also YES i already tried this before without running the command.

Felt like this could be useful. This is all the screens i see and all the options im given.

1. I click on the red account

2)it says face, fingerprint ,PIN or security PIN, however if i click that option it only allows me to use the security key of which has not been set up. I click password as it is easier.

3.I enter the password and that works.

4) It brings me to this screen( before the PIN was ever set up and after it was set up)

5) Brings me here where i type in my password( i have used the code before and still brings me to 6).

6)Here is where I am pretty lost the first time I logged in the red account did not have a PIN set up. It still brought me to this screen. I then set up a PIN for the account on a Windows 10 laptop as that is where the account was locally. I made the PIN 72!!, which was allowed on the windows 10 laptop. I tried again to log in now with the new PIN but i could not use anything that is not a number. So i reset the PIN and changed it to 7272. Which did also not work when i tried to input it on the xbox app. I also added the account locally onto my pc and reset the PIN again to see if that would fix it.

7)This happens no matter what PIN I put, it did this for all the times when i tried to fix it too.

8) I click cancel as that is pretty much all i can do and get brought to here.

9)If i click "Use windows hello" i get brought back to 8.

10)If i click "Ill set up my account later" it brings me to this screen.

11) Finally i end up back where i started.

UPD: I tried to log on to the xbox app with the Blue account on the Red Account locally. It gives the same issue where it says my PIN is incorrect, so i doubt its an account issue.

How do i fix Windows Hello Pin not working despite being the correct pin?
