App won't work on Google Pixel 9a

I've tried all the things, force stop, clear cache, clear data, uninstall, restart, and reinstall. Nothing works. Anyone else having this problem? It's honestly put me off buying any more ebooks if the stuff I spend money on is suddenly inaccessible from my mobile device. I've also had books I've bought in the past just entirely disappear without any trace of having bought them in my account.
