Friend noticed my progress!

So, this is such a small interaction, but it gave me so much body euphoria. I casually sent a fwb a softie pic today, and he said that he could notice the progress I've made with restoring. It really meant a lot to me that my progress is actually showing! Its one thing to look at before and after pics of yourself, but now that someone else has noticed the growth? I feel even more encouraged to KOT!
