Obese - Class 1
I am obese class 1 and no it’s not because of muscle mass I haven’t trained for years. Just missing out on obese class 2 with a bmi of 34.1 which is the highest it’s ever been.
Stats:
Male/5”10/238lbs/107.5kg/17 stone/30% bf estimated could be higher based off a basic navy method
Retatrutide is g2g I want to start losing weight but have an unavoidable dinner next week which I can’t avoid eating at as it has been booked ages in advance however I will not be drinking alcohol.
My plan was to start keto and fasting 2 days a week and reta at the same time but said dinner would involve carbohydrates.
Am I g2g with my plan and just have a refeed day that said day of the dinner where I just eat that meal and leave it at that. I am a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to plans.
For reference I lost 4 stone in two and a half months before on tirzepatide with extreme dieting not as extreme as what I will be attempting here but I have some experience.
Due to this I will be starting on a higher dose of reta because I have used it before and I naturally need higher dosages I just know myself lower doses I’ve tried of Reta before haven’t suppressed my appetite that much if at all. Not starting at a crazy high dose but a moderate dose of 5 mg seeing how I feel the first week at that and if all good remain at that dose for the rest of the month and up 2.5mg per month. Till a maintenance of 12.5mg. If it doesn’t work this time I can always go back to tirz because I know it works for me.
My main problem at the moment is overeating well obviously but always eating till Im full eating when bored etc. will share update pics before and after to this Reddit when complete any advice or tips or things to stack with would be great. I know there is no magical compound and you still require a calorie deficit but anything that would even help give me a slight edge would be great.
Eating in a 1000 calorie deficit.
