Where do you host your personal API projects?

I have built some personal API based application and wants to link it with some UI like blogger for my personal use.

But blogger needs HTTPS and CORS enabled, also I don’t want to run my laptop 24x7 as a server for my app. Any free and best online cloud servers where I can host this?

I heard Cloudflare Workers and Verco are good, based on ChatGPT comments but wanted to know personal experience.
