Scholarship effects on F1 visa

Hi Redditors. I'm an international student from india. Applying to USA. Our financial condition is not that great. Actually we are in crippling debt. But from sources and everything. I can get upto atleast 95% scholarship from my university as I understand. Maybe even full ride. My question is when in visa interview I am questioned "who is your sponsor" and I answer my university will be covering the entire cost including room living cost blah blah. How positively/negatively it will effect my chances given that I'm not spending my own money?
