Day 7 sober

Today day 7 sober, tired as hell but at least I am not hungover! I remember being at day one waking up with horrible anxiety and heart racing and thinking to myself for god I don’t know how many times why, I just keep doing this shit to myself. Here’s to another 24 hours! IWNDWYT
