Frequent yeast infections

I (35 F) never had a yeast infection before. Just got into my first lesbian relationship. Very frequent oral sex 😏. Now I've gotten 3 yeast infections in 2 months. We are both very hygienic. Good oral hygiene and showering. I've tried changing soaps to something more gentle. Has anyone else dealt with this? What helped?
