Artisanal hot chocolate brands?

It's very cold where I live, and have been craving good hot chocolate drinks. Please suggest some good brands which sell hot chocolate mixes. Have tried cadbury/Hershey's etc they obviously suck. Small businesses or independent stores selling hot chocolate would be great!
