Do you read the Dead Sea Scrolls?

Hi Everyone,

I’m a history professor at UC Santa Cruz, and working on a research project about the Dead Sea Scrolls.  I’m studying how these ancient texts spiritually resonate with Americans today, and I’d love to hear your perspective.

Whether you read the Scrolls daily or are simply exploring them, your experience matters to this project. I’m interested in the diverse ways people continue to be inspired by these 2,000-year-old manuscripts.

If you’re in the United States and 18 years or older, I hope you’ll consider taking my 15-20 minute anonymous survey.  This is not a marketing survey or political poll.  Your response will help advance research in the history of religion.

All backgrounds and perspectives are welcome and valuable.
