Upgrade PC MOBO/CPU/RAM. Ideas?

Howdy, just looking to upgrade my pc. Just seeing if anyone has some ideas. I really only play SF6 and Tekken 8. But bored and figured I could upgrade something. And get my wife to pay for it lol. Below are the specs: I want to keep my GTX 3070. Just looking for MOBO/CPU/RAM. Mid level options would be great. I have been out the game for a minute so not sure what is solid now a days.

MSI MAG Z390 Tomahawk LGA1151

GTX 3070

Intel Core i7-9700K

16GB of CORSAIR VENGEANCE LPX DDR4 RAM
