Buying ram/ssd at current prices dumb?

Hi, I’m building my first pc. I’m only missing ram and ssd. But I’m not sure if buying at these prices is good or not. I belive these are the best prices in my country (Norway).

Ssd: Samsung 990 evo pluss 2tb - 169€

Ram: Goodram ddr5 6400mhz cl32 - 321€

Are either of these prices good/fair? I’d prefer to build my pc before new years. But I could wait until January if prices are likely to be better than.
