Lead Generation

Hey guys, so I'm starting a lead generation company for mortgage refinancing. I have 6+ years of experience sending leads and definitely know the difference between a good lead and a bad lead. VA and FHA loans are my bread and butter. I was wondering if anyone works with a lender looking to purchase live transfers? These would be pre- qualified borrowers ready for an actual conversation about refinancing.
